Recipe 2: Based on Science-Backed Studies


3 ml of Jojoba oil, 20 ml of grapeseed oil, three drops(114 mg) of rosemary oil, and three drops (108 mg) of lavender oil. Additionally, two drops of thyme and cedarwood oil measuring 94 mg should be taken.


Mix all the ingredients and apply this to the scalp for a minimum of 2 minutes. Apply a warm towel afterward to help promote absorption. Patients can use the same scalp massage and toweling routine each night, for optimal benefits.

Recipe 3: Heated Rosemary Oil for Hair Loss


2 teaspoons of coconut oil, and castor oil along with 4-5 drops of rosemary oil.


First, the carrier oils need to be heated in a small pan over a low flame. Don’t overheat the oils. Then, add the rosemary oil. Use a glass or metallic container to hold the hot rosemary oil. Stir it with a spoon and massage this gently into the scalp. Let it remain for 15 minutes before rinsing. Try this technique 1-2 times per week.

5-6 drops of rosemary oil and two tablespoons of carrier oil. Jojoba oil is a good option, but you can also use coconut, castor, or olive oil.
