If you take supplements of vitamin e as a capsule, you must consult a doctor first. The recommended dosage is 15 mg every day.

2. Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Capsule & Baby Lotion 

Things you’ll need- 

4 tbsp coconut oil, baby lotion, honey, and one Vitamin E capsule.

Method-

 Use a double boiler and melt the coconut oil. Add honey to it. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil (optional). Refrigerate it to solidify.

Once it is in a semi-solid state, add a vitamin e capsule to it and mix it well using a hand blender and transfer it to an airtight container. Apply this to your skin every day.

3. Shea Butter, Vitamin E & Coconut Oil 

Thins you will need-

Shea butter, Coconut oil, Vitamin E.

Method-

Use a double boiler and melt the shea butter and coconut oil. Refrigerate it till it solidifies a little. Cut a vitamin capsule and pour the contents of the capsule to it. Whisk it with a blender till it forms a solid creamy consistency. Store this cream for eczema and apply twice daily and your eczema will disappear.

4. Vitamin E Oil and Honey

Things you will need-

10-15 drops of Vitamin E oil, and 2 tbsp of honey.

Method- 

Mix them well to form a paste. Apply to your skin that is affected by eczema. This can, however, be used for skin during winters too.

5. Vitamin E Oil,  Yogurt, Lemon Juice & Honey 

Method-

 Extract the oil from 3 vitamin E capsules. Mix vitamin E, yogurt, and lemon juice very well. Clean the area on which you want to apply this paste. Use your fingers and apply this paste on to the affected area. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then wash with cold water.

 You can also use vitamin E capsules oil for eczema cure. Extract the oil by cutting a Vitamin E capsule. Gently massage the skin with your fingers using vitamin E oil. Repeat twice daily. Do not step in the sun after application.
