  • 300 grams of Prunes
  • Water (2 liters)

Procedure

  1. Take a pot and fill it with 2 liters of water. Add the prunes as per the given amount and heat the vessel on medium heat. When it begins to boil, reduce the heat and cover the pot. Simmer the water for around two minutes.
  2. Pour everything into the blender and blend till you get a smooth mixture. Remove the uncrushed material from the puree with the help of a sieve.
