Acupressure is an ancient oriental healing treatment and a gift of age-old Chinese wisdom. Acupressure is applying proper pressure on the specific points of our body to address trouble or ailment. The vital energy or Chi is flowing through all these meridians, and any blockage of chi is the reason for a physical issue.

Acupressure stimulates certain points to release blocked chi and restore the balance. Acupressure can lower stress, relieve pain, and treat the issues from its core. And the best thing about acupressure is, it does not have any severe side effect.

Back pain can occur due to many reasons, and it can be the result of excessive stress, sitting for a prolonged, lifting heavy things, and extreme work pressure too.
