Grey hair is mostly seen in youngsters these days that can be cured naturally. Grey hair is caused due to several factors like malnutrition, stress and vitamin deficiency. The home remedies to cure grey hair include:

  1. Indian gooseberry or Amla

Amla is one of the effective natural cures for grey hair. Take amla and boil few pieces of amla in coconut oil till it turns black in color. Use this oil to massage your hair to cure grey hair naturally.

You can also prepare oil or paste with amla and apply on your hair. Decoction of amla is an excellent remedy to cure grey hair in few days. To prepare a decoction with amla, soak few pieces of amla for few hours and add one teaspoon of eucalyptus oil.

Use an iron container to store this overnight and apply this decoction on your hair by mixing it with egg, lemon juice and curd. Amla is one of the best components for revitalizing pigmentation in your hair. You can also drink amla juice to cure grey hair.

  1. Ginger

Ginger is one of the effectual remedy to cure grey hair. It is generally considered as a natural cure for grey hair. Grate the ginger and mix it with one tablespoon of honey. Take this mixture on a daily basis to prevent graying of hair.

  1. Coconut Oil

Coconut is the common medication used to cure different skin and hair problems. Take coconut oil and massage it on your scalp. Before applying on your scalp mix lemon juice in it get black and shiny hair. It is an ancient remedy to cure grey hair naturally.
