Things you will need Nutmeg powder, Honey

Method  Take 1 tsp of nutmeg powder and 1 tsp honey. ( If you scale up they should be of same quantity) . Make a smooth paste and apply it on your pimples. Let it rest for half an hour and then wash with lukewarm water.

Things you will need  Nutmeg powder, Milk and Oatmeal

Method  Take 4 tsp milk, 1 tsp nutmeg powder, and 2 tsp oats flour. Mix them very well until they form a scrub paste. Apply to your skin for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

4. Nutmeg Essential Oil

Things you will need  Nutmeg essential oil, any carrier oil.

Method  Take an equal proportion of nutmeg oil and any other carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, ekmore oil). Mix them well and apply over the inflamed area. Keep it overnight and use twice daily for best results.

  • You must always make sure that you take small quantities of nutmeg powder. Nutmeg can be very poisonous in higher doses.
