  • Watermelons (5cups)
  • Water (2 cups)
  • Sugar (1 cup)
  • Gelatin (2 tablespoons)
  • Lemon juice (2 tablespoons) and mint

Preparations:

  1. First, wash the watermelon and then cut it into small pieces. Make a puree from the chopped watermelon. Now add the gelatin to that puree.
  2. Now take a pan, add water in that pan along with few drops of gelatin and then put the watermelon in that pan.
  3. After this, add some warm water in the gelatin mixture so that the gelatin gets dissolved easily.
  4. Add sugar and mix it well until it gets dissolved with the mixture. Mix it well and transfer it into a bowl and refrigerate it for a night so that it becomes a jelly. Garnish the jelly with mint and serve it to family members and friends.
