1. Raw Garlic in the Morning

To eat garlic in the morning, peel off two cloves and start chewing on them. You can also eat garlic before going to bed at night. If raw garlic does not look edible to you, then take 2-3 cloves of garlic and peel them off. Crush these cloves and let it be for about 10 minutes. This will be the time when the production of allicin(2) takes place. Now eat with either with your salads or with any of your meals.

Lemon and garlic water is an effective remedy to remove toxins from the body. Both the ingredients burn fat and contain a myriad of benefits.

To Make Garlic and Lemon Water:

Take one lemon, one glass of chilled water, 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, and some mint. Squeeze the lemon into chilled water and crush the garlic cloves and mint. Now add the lemon water and stir thoroughly before drinking.

2. Garlic tea

One cup of garlic tea in the morning is highly refreshing, and at the same time, it provides many health benefits, including weight loss.

To Make Garlic Tea:

Bring one cup of water to boil and put half cut garlic cloves in it. Let it boil for another 2 minutes and then add ½ cup honey. Put lemon juice in the drink and then turn the flames off. Stir well before serving.
