Besides whipping up a delicious brunch, you can use those ingredients to treat your damaged and dry hair. With any one of these hair masks, your hair will be taking on a whole new life.

1. Mayonnaise-Egg Hair Pack

Both egg and mayonnaise are rich in protein. This pack is brilliant for handling curly hair.

Preparation Time

  • 5-10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Mix them well until they form a thick paste.
  2. Apply this pack to your hair and leave it in for 35-50 minutes.
  3. Wash off with shampoo and condition.
  4. You may use this pack once a week.

Note: For combination type hair, apply this pack from the mid-lengths of your hair.

2. Coconut Oil- Avocado Hair Pack

Preparation Time

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Add mayonnaise to mashed avocados and mix it well.

  3. Rinse it out with lukewarm water.

  • 3 tablespoons of coconut milk

Directions

  1. Heat the coconut milk on a low heat for about 60 seconds until it becomes warm.
  2. Apply the warm coconut milk into your scalp and massage it on to your hair.
  3. Wrap your hair using a towel and leave the coconut milk before going to bed.
  4. Shampoo and condition the next morning.
  5. You can repeat this two times every seven days.

Note: Avoid overheating the coconut milk as it may scald your scalp.
