  • Mint Toothpaste
  • Bandage

Procedure

  1. Apply a dab of toothpaste on the bruise
  2. Cover with a bandage to avoid staining on clothes and bedsheets
  3. Leave it overnight
  4. Remove the bandage in the morning and wash with water

How much to use?

Do this every night for two to three days.

  3. After this, Cover the bruise with a bandage and leave it overnight.

Follow this procedure 1 time a day by massaging for 2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Toothpaste
  • 1 tablespoon Sunscreen lotion
  • A small bowl to mix both the above
  • A bandage or a clean cloth

Procedure

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of toothpaste into a small bowl
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of sunscreen lotion to it
  3. Mix well to an even consistency
  4. Apply this mixture on to the bruised area and around it.
  5. Cover the bruise by tying a bandage or a clean cloth to it
  6. Leave it overnight
  7. Remove the bandage the next morning and wash it with clean water.

How much to use:

You can follow this procedure 1 time a day for 2-3 days.
