How COVID-19 can Shift Your Lifestyle in Big & Small Ways

Hello Everyone!

So, how is the lockdown going on? 

Ok, let us answer this question ourselves, and we will surely find the answers to the above question. 

Are you stuck in lockdown or in the stage of transforming yourself? 

Please answer this question very honestly and wisely, as no one else is listening to you except you and God. If you are in the stage of transformation, it is so well, but if you feel that you are stuck in this lockdown, then my friend, you need to think again and act accordingly. So, let us not focus on the negatives, but only the positives as these are worth to think upon. 

What Lockdown Gave Us?

  • Time for Self-Care
  • Time for Self-Transformation
  • Time to be More Positive and Enthusiastic
  • Time to be spent with our Loved Ones, our Family
  • Time for many more things like this.

Isn’t this the same time, we were searching and craving for while living our life before this lockdown. We were asking for less, and we have got still more. 

You know how? We were craving to get some time for ourselves, to learn the things we have to deal with in our daily life, to prepare for our tomorrows, and to get a break from our daily schedule so that the pending tasks can be completed and you can have a better tomorrow ahead.

Do you realize that you got this? It is around 2 months now, more or less in various countries that we are under lockdown. In the starting days, we were panic about the situation, about our daily life, job, work, study, future plans, etc. But this pandemic changed our lifestyle from bad to good. How?

1. Did we ever care about our health as we do now, even when we all knew that health is the real wealth? 

No, we always ran before the immortal wealth.

2. Did we ever think of preventing the diseases that are increasing with time due to our unhealthy diet and lifestyle?

No, we always gave priority to treatment over prevention.

3. Did we ever try to act for our holistic well-being which includes not only physical health, but emotional, mental, and spiritual health as well?

No, we always focused on our physical health and neglected other phases like they are nothing.

So, finally, a fatality arrived not of our economic situations, but our health, and what happened? Everything stopped in a while. Health, which was being ignored for years to win the race of life to achieve all other things, won the competition suddenly, the competition with wealth.

Within minutes, people started acting to be healthy to prevent themselves from the deadly virus spreading at a rapid rate. Meditating, being positive, reading good things, writing their views, sharing their problems, keeping patience even in an unfavorable situation have become a part of everyone’s life leading to their holistic well-being, which includes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

And now, after living this lifestyle for around 2 months, we understood the lesson. The main aim of our lives, the fake life we were living and the real-life which we should live. 

  • Lessons of the Fatality
  • Nothing is more valuable than health.
  • Nobody cares for us more than our family and true friends.
  • Prevention is always better than cure; it safeguards us when the cure does not even exist.
  • Living with needs do not demand more of anything, but the efficient utilization of our resources.

With all these lessons and answers to the above questions, we have shifted our lifestyle from bad to good; we finally left the path on which we were moving and worsening our life as well as our surroundings. We are successfully changed our path to be better than yesterday and have a better tomorrow for us as well as our nature(1). 

Hence, these all things, as mentioned above, have the power to shift your lifestyle in Big and small ways, we just need to stay positive, concentrated, and dedicated to all that we have learned, and the results will surely be the extra-ordinary and natural.
