2. Pygeum


Pygeum is a mild herb, basically a bark of African palm tree. It contains a wide range of fatty acids, alcohols, and sterols such as beta-sitosterol. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect is suitable for lower urinary tract problems and in shrinking the enlarged prostate gland.
