Dr. Karrina Wallace

Dr. Karrina Wallace, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor, and the owner of Ponderosa Natural Medicine in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She is passionate about providing comprehensive and effective natural health care options to treat a wide variety of health concerns.

Since a child, Dr. Wallace aspired to become a doctor in order to help others. As a young adult facing illness of her own, she discovered the healing power of natural remedies when conventional healthcare offered no help. This healing experience empowered Dr. Wallace to become a naturopathic doctor to provide natural healing modalities to others. 

In pursuit of this goal, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise from Virginia Polytechnic and State University (Virginia Tech). She then earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon. 

It is Dr. Wallace’s goal to empower patients to achieve optimal health in a compassionate and realistic manner. In doing so, she goes beyond merely treating conditions to establishing the foundations of health. Dr. Wallace is an expert in functional diagnostics, herbal, nutritional and lifestyle medicine.
