You need

Cornelian cherry bark, water

Method

  • Take one glass of water and put to boil.
  • Add the inner bark of Cornelian Cherries to it for 20 minutes. Once the decoction is ready, cool it and drink twice daily every day.

2. Cornelian Cherry Marmalade for Immunity

You need

  • 1 ½ kilo this cherry
  • 8 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • ¼ tsp citric acid

Method

  • First, wash the cornelian cherries and boil them in a big pot.
  • Add 2 cups of water and boil for 20 minutes until they become soft and mushy.
  • Allow it to cool and smash them.
  • Add 8 cups of white sugar, and the puree to the big pot and cook.
  • Once it starts to boil, it should be ready. It takes about 7 minutes. There should be pink foam once it starts boiling, removes using a spoon.
