First things first, always use cold-pressed virgin oil. This has lesser chemicals and additives to it.
Coconut oil(2) solidifies at room temperature. Take a desired quantity of oil and rub it between your hands. Apply it to your face and areas which show symptoms of rosacea.
Buy aloe vera gel that is readily available in the market, or you can extract fresh gel from an aloe vera plant. Mix it very well to a smooth paste and add 1 tsp of coconut oil to it. You can also use this as a moisturizer every day.

This is the strongest and most beneficial of all combinations for rosacea. Take 2 tbsp of coconut oil and add five drops of tea tree oil to it. Extract the oil from a vitamin e capsule and add it to this mixture. Stir well and apply over the affected skin. Do not go out in the sun after applying this.

Take a small tomato and hand grate it or puree it. Keep aside.
Take 3 tbsp of coconut oil and add 1 tsp turmeric and the tomato puree to it.
Mix it well in a clean bowl and use a cotton ball to dab it over your face, nose, and other affected area. Let it stay for ten minutes and then wash with cold water.
Mix all of the above to a fine paste. Apply it to the rough areas of your skin, reddened, and flaky areas as well. Wash with cold water and repeat twice in a week.
