VIVIANE CASIMIR

Myoku Expert

Viviane has always had a passion for science, spirituality, and healing in a broad sense. Through her academic, professional and life experiences, Viviane naturally created her own career signature. She has been immersed in Zen practice for a long time and is a member of the Kwan Um School of Zen (US). Viviane has a multidisciplinary background (B.S. in biology / Ph.D. comparative literature), and a multicultural exposure as well (Quebec, USA, Morocco, France, Norway, Sweden). Viviane taught at university (Colorado) and worked on Wall Street (NYC) while developing her passion on the side.

During her last 17 years in the US (NYC), Viviane discovered Kyokushin Karate, Tai Chi Chuan and Reiki Healing. In 2007, Viviane decided to follow her passion and brought all her training together to create Myoku©, a Zen training for mind-body and spirit for personal and spiritual development through martial arts movements and meditation. Myoku is a way of life more than a sport that helps develop grounding, centeredness, and fluidity of consciousness in mind and body.

Viviane’s motto: to know ourselves is first and foremost to deconstruct what we take for granted in everyday life and our limiting beliefs to allow an expansion of our consciousness.

Viviane currently lives in Montreal (Quebec) and travels abroad to give Myoku workshops. Everything that Viviane writes and does is to inspire and help others be connected to their true “Self” for well-being, self-realization, and spiritual growth. Viviane truly wants to help others embrace the new paradigm shift we are going through as humanity. Viviane has published articles on meditation (Curejoy & SivanaEast) and novels about Zen and fantasy, available on Amazon.com.
