Regina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private psychotherapy practice. She a member of the United Houma Nation (Louisiana). She participates in local tribal activities in California where she resides currently and has experience working with diverse populations.

Regina is a resource around Middle Eastern culture, First/Second Responders and helping professionals, Addiction, Historical/Intergenerational/Soul Wound Trauma as well as Adoption (all members of the triad including transracial adoption). She has been part of POC coalitions within a County organization and collaboratively planning BIPOC cultural events.

Regina has experience/training in Brainspotting (certified & offers consultation), EMDR (certified), IFS, Mindfulness/Mind Body Medicine, Biofeedback, Sound Therapies & Somatic Experiencing. She utilizes a strength based and a culturally sensitive/informed approach. She is currently working on a Ph.D. in Natural Medicine.
