  • After 3 to 4 weeks a thin opaque layer of SCOBY is formed. This culture is ready to use.

To make the tea-

  • Add green tea or black tea and sugar in the boiled water
  • Add a tablespoon of Scooby culture in it
  • Your kombucha tea is ready to drink
