Take 2 teaspoons of amla juice and mix with 2 teaspoons of lime juice and apply the mixture on your scalp and leave it to dry for 2 hours and rinse off with warm water.

Garlic is popularly known for its flavours and numerous health benefits. It is one the fastest remedy that controls hair fall. The chemical compound allicin is present in garlic that is an essential component used as a cure for hair loss. Along with allicin, selenium and vitamin E is also present in garlic that helps in improving hair health.

Garlic is known to boost circulation in your scalp and regenerates your hair growth.  Take 7-8 cloves of garlic and boil it and mix it with olive oil. Apply this mixture on the roots of your hair follicle thrice a week to cure hair loss.

  1. Vitamin E oil

Vitamin E oil is an antioxidant that fights the free radicals and helps in increasing the oxygen in the body and improves blood circulation in the scalp. You can use vitamin E oil to massage your scalp and leave it overnight. Following day, wash your hair with shampoo to get silky and smother hair.   1. Coconut oil

Coconut oil promotes hair growth. Coconut contains essential fats, mineral and proteins that helps in reducing hair breakage. Coconut is rich in potassium and iron. Use warm coconut oil and massage it on your hair from root to tip.  Wash your hair after one hour of application.

Grate a coconut and extract the milk by mixing it in water. Apply this mixture on the specific spot where thinning and balding is observed. Coconut oil is considered as an effectual nature cure for hair loss.

  1. Aloe Vera

Take the aloe Vera leaf and extract the pulp the leaf or stalk and apply it on your hair. This mixture should be applied after the hair wash. Massage this mixture on your scalp and leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Apply this thrice a week to cure hair loss.

  1. Neem

Take 10-12 leaves and boil in water till the water reduced to half of its quantity. Cool the mixture and rinse your hair with the mixture after shampooing your hair. This can be done once a week to prevent hair fall and promote hair growth. Neem is amongst the best natural cures for hair loss.

  1. Fenugreek

Take fenugreek seeds and soak it overnight. Grind the seeds the next morning and make a paste and apply this mixture on your hair from root to tip. Leave this mixture on the hair for about 30-40 minutes and rinse with cold water. The natural hair loss cure is possible with fenugreek seeds.

  1. Licorice root

Take licorice roots and grind it to form a paste along with milk and saffron. Apply this paste on the bald patches in your head and leave it overnight. Wash your hair in the morning for better results. Using licorice roots is one of the natural ways to cure hair loss.

  1. Beetroot

Take few beetroot leaves and boil in water. Grind these leave along with henna and make a paste. Apply this mixture on your scalp and leave it for about 20 minutes and rinse with water. Beetroot leaf is an essential cure for hair loss.

  1. Onion juice

Extract the onion juice and apply this juice on your scalp directly with the help of cotton ball. Leave it for about 20-30 minutes and rinse with cold water. Shampoo can be used after rinsing. Onion juice is considered as an effective hair loss cure for women.

  1. Green tea

The green tea can be used to rinse and massage your hair to reduce hair fall. Take 2-3 tea bags and dip in hot water and remove the tea bags after the water cools down and use it for rinsing your hair. Green tea is considered as an effective hair loss cure for both men and women.

  1. Greek yogurt

Take two teaspoons of greek yogurt in a bowl and add honey and lemon juice to it. Mix all the ingredients to for a paste. Apply this paste on your scalp and hair roots. Leave this paste for about 30 minutes and then rinse it thoroughly with cold water to cure hair loss.

  1. Chinese Hibiscus

Take 5-10 Chinese hibiscus flowers and add it to 1-2 cup of coconut oil and heat the mixture. Let the flowers get charred and then strain the mixture to collect oil. Apply this oil on your hair every night and wash thoroughly next morning. Chinese hibiscus show positive results in hair loss cure.

Hair loss can be cured naturally with the above listed homemade therapies. You can use these natural remedies as there are fewer side effects and can result in permanent hair loss cure. Apart from the diet and homemade therapies you need to engage yourself in physical activities that will show better results.
